We at Emporium Parties want our franchisees to be in complete control of their franchise business but that does not mean that we expect you to do it all on your own without our support. Our support package is comprehensive and we are only ever a phone call away!

How will Emporium Parties help me before and during trading?

Our qualified and trained team will assist you every step of the way, providing you with all the help and information you require on managing your business. This information will be provided to you in 3 ways.

We understand that if you have not been self employed or an employer before that you will need as much help and support as possible. We can therefore offer you your own personal accountant who is currently employed by Emporium Parties and understands the needs of our business and franchisees businesses. She will assist you at the start up of your business and the cost is included in our franchise package.

Optional extra: for a small monthly fee she will provide you with ongoing support on book keeping, payroll, wage slips, employment and business legal advice you require.

	Advice and guidance on staff recruitment, retention and management
	Assistance with growing the business, penetration of new markets etc.
