Training Programme

We at Emporium Parties understand that all our franchisees require training in many different ways.

You may have run your own business before, you may have previously been a children's entertainer or you may have no knowledge of the business and require a full training package.

Our training is broken down into small sections so you can attend the days that are relevant, although we do expect you to attend the entertainment bits.

We have very high standards and will not let any franchisee or staff run a party without having completed the full party training and attended many supervised parties. Alongside this training you will be provided with an operations manual, games manual and dance DVD.

Initial Training Programme

The training is split over many sessions to suit your availability.

Week one includes:

Further training is party based, you will get to attend parties alongside our experienced party leaders, putting into practice what you have learnt.

This training will be provided for yourself and any employees that you may have to attend and is included in your franchise package cost. The training will be held in a suitable location and this may require you travelling to head office.

The training is hands on and great fun, we learn and have fun at the same time. It will include role play and trust me our team of trainers and entertainers mimic a great 4 yr old who knows it all, so you can have a real taste of what to expect from different children at parties.

All of our training is supported with a training manual so you can refer back to everything that you have learnt. We also provide a dance training DVD for you to practice at home.

After your week 1 training you will attend parties with our experienced team. The next step will be for you to run your own party and your personal support manager will be with your for your first parties to support you throughout the party.

We do not expect you to run your own party until you are 100% confident and happy to do so. We estimate that most franchisees should be trading within 3 months if not sooner, but this will depend on any previous experience you may have had.

Ongoing Training

The aim of the initial training programme is to achieve basic level 'party ready' training for you to build upon to start receiving a return on your investment as quickly as possible.  Further advanced training is given throughout your franchise agreement.
